Welcome to the Six Figure Coach Secrets Community!

This is a space for coaches to connect, learn from one another, stay accountable, share what they are working through, and build genuine relationships with people who understand the coaching journey.

The value of this community comes from what we each contribute to it, so please help us keep it supportive, useful, and welcoming.

1. Respect Comes First

Treat every member with respect.

Coaches here will have different niches, experience levels, approaches, beliefs, and ways of running their businesses. Healthy discussion and disagreement are welcome, personal attacks are not.

Share your perspective without making someone else feel small for theirs.

2. Collaboration Over Competition

We want this to be a place where coaches help other coaches win.

Share ideas, answer questions, recommend resources, celebrate progress, and support members when they are stuck.

There is room for more than one successful coach.

One of the strongest principles in the community we reviewed is that members should actively contribute and help one another rather than simply consume content.

3. Ask Good Questions

The more context you give, the better support the community can give you.

Instead of:

“How do I get clients?”

Try:

“I am a life coach targeting women going through career transitions. I have been posting consistently for two months but have not generated discovery calls. What would you look at first?”

Specific questions create better conversations and more useful answers.

4. Participate, Don’t Just Observe, We love to hear it!

The community becomes more valuable when members actually show up.

Introduce yourself. Ask questions. Share what you are working on. Give feedback. Join conversations. Celebrate someone else's win.

You do not have to be the expert in the room to contribute.

Sometimes your experience is exactly what another coach needs to hear.

5. Share Your Wins

Booked your first client?

Launched your website?

Finally finished the course you have been procrastinating on?

Raised your prices?

Had a breakthrough with your offer?

Share it.

Big or small, progress deserves to be celebrated. Your win might also give another coach the motivation they needed that day.

6. Ask for Support When You Need It

You do not need to have everything figured out before participating.

Use the community to ask for feedback, accountability, ideas, perspective, or support.

This is especially important because many coaches told us they want a place where they can learn from others and stop feeling like they are figuring everything out alone.

7. Protect Member Privacy

What members share here should be treated respectfully.

Do not screenshot, copy, repost, record, or share another member's personal story, client information, business information, or community content outside the community without permission.

8. No Spam or Constant Self-Promotion

This is a community, not an advertising feed.

You are welcome to talk about what you do when it is relevant to a conversation, share genuine opportunities, or participate in dedicated collaboration and promotion spaces.

But please do not repeatedly post sales pitches, unsolicited links, or DM members trying to sell to them.

Keep the main community focused on conversation, learning, accountability, and connection.

The reference community follows a similar principle by separating genuine collaboration opportunities from promotional posts.

9. Give More Than You Take

You do not need to answer every question.

But when you can help someone, help them.

Comment on someone's post.

Share an experience.

Offer encouragement.

Make an introduction.

Give feedback.

Community works when members do not only ask, “What can I get from this?” but also, “What can I contribute?”

10. Keep Coaching Within Appropriate Boundaries

Six Figure Coach Secrets provides coaching resources and a peer community. It is not a replacement for therapy, medical care, legal advice, financial advice, or other licensed professional services.

Please avoid presenting yourself as qualified to diagnose or treat conditions unless you genuinely hold the appropriate professional credentials.

When something goes beyond the scope of coaching, encourage the person to seek qualified professional support.

11. Respect Moderation

Our moderators are here to protect the quality of the community.

Content may be moved, edited, or removed if it becomes promotional, disrespectful, unsafe, misleading, or unrelated to the purpose of the space.

Moderation is about keeping the community valuable for everyone, not policing normal conversation.

Most Importantly

Show up as a human first and a business owner second.

You are here to meet other coaches, exchange ideas, find accountability, learn, collaborate, and have people around you who understand what building a coaching business actually feels like.

Connect. Contribute. Support. Grow.

That is what we want the Six Figure Coach Secrets Community to become.
